Any disk we sell on ebay, or on our website, www.theclassicarchives.com, is eligible to be included in this offer, regardless of their price.  We have a catalog of over 70 custom disks and DVD's and growing fast on our site.

To take advantage of this offer, you need to do the following.

Simply build one of the all original sheds that are on the disk you purchase from us, any one of the 26 unique Sheds designed by us, you pick, and take a couple of high quality pictures, and send them to us along with your choice of any 2 disks we sell.  As soon as we receive your pictures, we will package your disks and send them right out.  Send your pictures to sales@theclassicarchives.com

Why?

We are always looking for pictures of our products that our customers have built.  We can never have enough, even if it is of the same Shed.  It helps us advertise.  And if you build one our designs, we want to see it, and we want to use it as a testimonial of the design.  Our motive is as simple and straightforward as that, we just have some basic rules to follow:

Terms and Conditions:

1.  Picture must be an original picture that you took of a Shed that you built, or had someone build for you, of one of our 26 designs on this disk.  Only one of our original 26 designs are eligible for this offer.

2.  While we expect people to customize the Shed with their own tastes, the finished Shed should strongly resemble one of our designs, with only minor modifications that are not very noticeable in the picture.  We want to use this picture for marketing purposes, so it must resemble our design.  If you heavily modified the design, we cannot use your picture because it would not be representative of the plan we sell, and some customers may feel we misrepresented the design if we used a picture of a Shed that was heavily customized.

3. Picture should be a high resolution picture, very sharply in focus, and during bright daylight.  Professional photography is not required, but again, it should be good enough for us use.  Preferably over a megabyte in size, but not more than 2 megabytes.

4. Picture should be taken from about the same angle as the CAD drawing on the front page of the Shed.  It should look as close as possible as that front, quarter view on the front of the plan.  Inside shots are welcome, but we must have at least one outside shot we can use, preferably 2 or 3 shots.

5.  Once pictures are submitted to us, they become property of ADVPlans, and you agree to permanently allow us to use the pictures in any form of advertising on, or off ebay, that we choose, with no commission or further fees paid to you other than what is advertised in this offer.  By sending us the pictures in an email, you implicitly agree to give us rights to use it without limitation.  If you do not agree to this, do not send us any pictures.

6.  We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time we choose in the event that we get more pictures than we need to use.  However, we want alot of pictures, and it is unlikely that this promotion will expire within a couple of years from the date of purchase.  While we may end this promotion at some point, our intent is to keep it running as long as possible.  If you submit pictures to us and we are no longer running this promotion, we will inform you and delete your pictures, but please don't let that stop you.  We are just informing you of the possibility in case we get more pictures than we planned for, but please, by all means, contact us if you have any questions prior to submitting pics.

7.  You must be the original purchaser of these plans.

8.  Your real name or any other identifiable information about you will never be identified in any of our advertisements, and will never be disclosed to anyone.

9.  There is no limit to this offer.  If you build more than one Shed and wish to share the results with us, we'll send you four disks.
